Vendor (non-food) applications are being accepted until 4:30 PM Monday, April 1, 2019. A $50 non-refundable fee is required. Vendor spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Email confirmations will be sent to accepted vendors. The Town of Rural Hall reserves the right to reject any applications.

Only one vendor per product line will be permitted. (Examples: Pampered Chef, Paparazi, Thirty-One, etc.) If you are a duplicate vendor, your application and payment will be returned to you.

Vendors can set up Friday, May 31 between 12:00PM to 8:00PM and/or Saturday, June 1 between 7:00am and 8:30am. Vendors must be setup and off the field by 8:30am on Saturday, June 1. Information packets will be given to vendors prior to June 1.
